From the bus stop outside the South Exit, take a Keikyu Bus for about 10 minutes.

About Your Stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is until 11:00 a.m. Please note that times may vary depending on your chosen plan.

What should I do if I am late for check-in?

Please kindly contact the reception in advance if you anticipate arriving later than your reserved dinner time, expect to arrive after 7:00 p.m., or if there is a significant change to the time you provided when booking. We will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements to ensure your comfort upon arrival.

How can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability on the day of your stay. The following additional charges apply.
- Up to 3 hours — 30% of the room charge
- Up to 6 hours — 50% of the room charge
- 6 hours or more — 100% of the room charge
If you wish to guarantee an early check-in or late check-out in advance, an additional one-night room charge may apply.

Is it possible to make a same-day reservation?

Yes, reservations on the day of arrival are accepted, subject to room availability.

The online calendar shows no availability. Is it still possible to make a reservation?

In certain cases, we may be able to accommodate your reservation even if no availability is shown online.

Can I request an extra bed?

We provide sofa beds.
Please note that sofa beds may not be available in certain room types, and availability is limited.
For reservations for three guests, reservations cannot be made through the online booking system.

Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and throughout the hotel. However, a designated smoking room is available on the basement floor.

We regret that pets are not permitted to stay at the property. However, assistance dogs and service dogs are welcome.

Is the hotel open to guests who are not staying overnight?

Regarding restaurant reservations for non-staying guests, we will announce the reservation start date on this website once preparations are complete.
As the reservation start date has not yet been determined, we kindly ask for your patience until further notice.

Can I request a specific table or seat?

We regret that we are unable to guarantee specific seating at any of our restaurants.
However, we will be happy to note your seating preference and accommodate it whenever possible.
As seating is limited, we kindly ask for your understanding.

Can I enjoy breakfast without staying overnight?

Breakfast is exclusively available to staying guests.

Are there any wheelchair-accessible restaurants?

Yes, our restaurants are wheelchair accessible.
If you inform us at the time of booking, we will be pleased to make arrangements for your smooth arrival and seating.

If I have allergies or dietary restrictions, can you accommodate them?

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of making your reservation.
While we will do our utmost to accommodate same-day requests, please understand that, for safety reasons, menu options may be limited.

Can I exchange foreign currency at the hotel?

We regret that foreign currency exchange is not available on the premises. If you need to exchange currency, currency exchange services are offered at the Zushi Branch of the Bank of Yokohama, located a one-minute walk from JR Zushi Station East Exit.

What should I do if I feel unwell during my stay?

If you are feeling unwell, please do not hesitate to inform a nearby staff member.
We will be pleased to assist you and guide you to an appropriate medical facility nearby according to your symptoms and condition.

Is there a fitness gym?

Yes, a fitness gym is available exclusively for overnight hotel guests. It is open 24 hours a day.
We offer complimentary workout wear and shoes.

Is there an age requirement to use the gym?

The fitness gym is available exclusively to staying guests aged 16 and above.

What types of equipment are available in the fitness gym?

Our fitness gym features Technogym (Italy) cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights.

Is there a pool?

Yes. The pool is available exclusively for overnight guests. It is open from 8:00 a.m. until sunset.
Please kindly note that the pool is available from April 29, 2026 through October 30, 2026.

Is there a fee to use the swimming pool?

The pool is complimentary for staying guests.

Is there an age requirement to use the pool?

The pool is available to guests aged 13 and above.
Guests between the ages of 13 and 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

Is there a shop in the hotel?

Yes, the CABaN shop is located on the basement floor and is available exclusively for overnight guests.
